Clindamycin phosphate Application
mainly used for anaerobic bacteria (including Bacteroides fragilis, Clostridium perfringens, actinomycetes, etc.) caused by abdominal and gynecological infections (usually combined with aminoglycosides to eliminate aerobic pathogens). It is also used for the infection of respiratory tract, joints and soft tissues, bone tissue, biliary tract, and sepsis and endocarditis caused by sensitive Gram-positive bacteria. This product is the preferred treatment for Staphylococcus aureus osteomyelitis.
Clindamycin phosphate Dosage
Adult Gram-positive aerobic infection, 600 ~ 1200mg on the 1st, divided into 2 ~ 4 intramuscular or intravenous infusion; anaerobic infection, generally used on the 1st 1200 ~ 2700mg, very serious infection can be used daily 4800mg. Children over 1 month of age, severe infection 1 day amount of 15 ~ 25mg per kilogram of body weight, very serious per kilogram of body weight can be 25 ~ 40mg, divided into 3 ~ 4 applications. The amount of intramuscular injection should not exceed 600 mg. If it exceeds this amount, it should be administered intravenously. Before the intravenous drip, the drug should be diluted with a liquid. 600mg of the drug should be added to no less than 100ml of infusion, and at least 20 minutes of infusion. Infusion dose should not exceed 1200 mg in 1 hour
